Audo Copenhagen Pavot Bowl

The Pavot Bowl by Colin King is a striking sculptural piece that seamlessly merges classical inspiration with contemporary design. Handcrafted in aluminum with an elegant aged finish, this bowl pays homage to antiquity while maintaining a distinctly modern aesthetic. The foot is inspired by the organic form of a poppy seed head, a subtle nod to nature's timeless beauty that gives the piece its poetic name.

With gently curved lines and a textured patina, the Pavot Bowl evokes the craftsmanship of ancient artisans while its minimalist silhouette offers a refreshing modern interpretation. The piece functions beautifully as both a standalone sculptural object and a practical vessel for holding small items, making it a versatile addition to any interior space.

Colin King, a professionally trained dancer turned designer, brings a unique perspective to his work, informed by his awareness of space and an instinct for styling. His designs are characterized by their dramatic presence and decorative impact, intended as striking finishing touches within a room.
