Audo Copenhagen Snaregade Rectangular Dining Table

The Snaregade Rectangular Dining Table by Norm Architects for Audo Copenhagen represents a masterclass in minimalist design. This elegant table combines a strong geometric presence with a refined silhouette that feels both visually light and architecturally sophisticated. Originally designed for the home of Audo founder Bjarne Hansen, the Snaregade answers a fundamental question: what does a furniture visionary need in his dining room? The answer was a table that maximizes spatial efficiency, maintains visual elegance, and delivers timeless sophistication.

Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, this dining table features a 2.5 cm thick tabletop supported by a powder-coated steel base. The black painted or dark stained oak veneer top provides a striking contrast with the robust metal frame, creating a contemporary aesthetic that complements both commercial and residential interiors. Measuring 200 cm wide, 90 cm deep, and 73 cm high, the table comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 chairs, making it ideal for entertaining and everyday dining alike.

The design philosophy behind the Snaregade reflects Norm Architects' commitment to Scandinavian design principles—timeless aesthetics, natural materials, and modernist restraint. Every element has been thoroughly tested and refined to ensure durability and visual harmony. The thinner profile of the table base enhances its elegance, allowing the piece to integrate seamlessly into any interior setting. Whether in a contemporary loft or a classic dining room, the Snaregade Dining Table brings personality and intimacy to your space while maintaining the understated luxury that defines Audo Copenhagen's design philosophy.
