Ferm Living Koh Standing Cabinet

The Koh Standing Cabinet from Ferm Living is a sculptural storage piece that brings texture and character to any interior. Its burned-oak doors are crafted using a technique inspired by the traditional Japanese method of Shou Sugi Ban, resulting in a distinctive charred surface that adds depth, tactility, and a bold, brutalist expression to the design.

Built with solid FSC™-certified oak doors and a cabinet body in FSC™ Mix-certified MDP finished with oak veneer, the Koh Standing Cabinet combines material richness with everyday practicality. The offset door placement introduces a subtle architectural detail, giving the piece a refined asymmetry that sets it apart from conventional cabinetry.

Inside, adjustable shelves allow for flexible storage solutions, making it easy to adapt the cabinet to a range of needs, whether in the living room, hallway, or bedroom. The interplay between the raw, burned texture of the doors and the smooth veneer of the body creates a striking contrast that highlights Ferm Living's dedication to considered, material-driven design.

With a height of 204.5 cm, width of 64 cm, and depth of 41 cm, the Koh Standing Cabinet offers a substantial yet elegant presence, suited to spaces that call for both storage and statement. A design that merges craftsmanship with function, it stands as a versatile addition to any thoughtfully curated home.
