Ferm Living Lay Cushion - Sand/Dark Brown

Discover the Ferm Living Lay Cushion in Sand/Dark Brown, a beautifully crafted accent piece designed to bring depth and character to your favourite sofa or lounge chair. Its coarsely structured, tactile cotton canvas forms the perfect canvas for an organic, abstract artwork, tufted in high pile from genuine New Zealand wool. The result is a striking interplay of texture and form that feels as good as it looks.

The Lay Cushion is more than a simple accessory — it is a considered design object that adds quiet intrigue to any interior. The contrast between the smooth cotton canvas base and the rich, high-pile wool tufting creates a sculptural, tactile surface that invites touch and draws the eye, making it a subtle yet distinctive focal point in your living space.

Crafted with an emphasis on natural materials and artisanal technique, this cushion reflects Ferm Living's signature approach to design: understated, textural, and rooted in a love of craftsmanship. Its abstract motif brings an organic, artistic sensibility to modern interiors, pairing effortlessly with both minimalist and eclectic decor.

Whether placed on a reading chair, layered among other cushions on a sofa, or used as a standalone statement piece, the Lay Cushion transforms everyday comfort into a sanctuary-like experience. It is a thoughtful detail for those who appreciate the beauty found in texture, material honesty, and considered design — a fitting complement to any home that values both comfort and character.
