Hay Matin Lamp Shade

Refresh your Matin table lamp with this Hay Matin Lamp Shade 500 in Yellow, a replacement pleated textile shade designed by Inga Sempé. Crafted to preserve the distinctive character of the Matin family, this shade brings a fresh burst of color and renewed softness to a beloved lighting design, making it easy to update your space without replacing the entire lamp.

The shade is constructed from cotton fabric laminated to a PVC sheet, a combination that gives it both structural durability and a warm, tactile finish. Its pleated surface catches and diffuses light beautifully, creating the gentle, ambient glow that has made the Matin series a signature piece in contemporary lighting design.

Measuring 50 cm in width, 50 cm in depth, and 20 cm in height, this shade is sized specifically for the Matin table lamp, ensuring a precise and seamless fit. Its generous proportions allow it to cast a soft, wide spread of light, ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, or any space that calls for understated warmth.

As part of the Hay Matin family, this shade reflects the same thoughtful design language found throughout the collection: clean lines, quality materials, and a focus on functional elegance. Whether you're refreshing a worn shade or simply craving a new color accent, this Yellow 500 shade offers a simple way to personalize your Matin lamp while staying true to its original design intent.
