Marset Gambosa Table Lamp

Designed by Mathias Hahn in 2025, the Marset Gambosa Table Lamp reinterprets the classic table lamp with a striking sense of balance. Crafted in steel, its design simplifies the essential elements of a table lamp — shade, stem and base — bringing them together in a composition that appears almost weightless. The curved shade seems to float above the slender stem, while a flat base anchors the entire structure, creating a dynamic interplay of geometries that feels both sculptural and harmonious.

Beyond its balanced silhouette, Gambosa's character comes from its distinctive use of colour. The shade is offered in opaque finishes for a direct, focused light, or in opal methacrylate for a softer, diffused glow, while the stem and base introduce complementary tones that give each version its own personality, ranging from understated to more expressive combinations. The cable is treated as part of the design itself, descending from the top of the shade and held in place by a discreet clip that guides and secures it, reinforcing the lamp's clean, considered aesthetic.

Gambosa is available in two sizes: a compact 26 cm-diameter version standing 30 cm tall, and a larger 36 cm-diameter version reaching 41 cm in height. The lamp comes in a range of colour combinations, including Opal White / Orange, Opal White / Brown Grey, Black / Orange, Black / Brown Grey, Pink / Orange and Pink / Brown Grey, allowing it to suit a variety of interior styles.

A refined yet playful addition to any space, Gambosa is a table lamp that remains familiar in form while surprising through its contemporary shapes and confident use of colour.
