NINE 19 Outdoors Bench

The 19 Outdoors Bench in Green by NINE is part of the 19 Outdoors collection, a range of outdoor furniture designed by London-based studio Butterfield Brothers. Inspired by the Butterfield Brothers' charity project 19 Chairs, the collection brings together dining and lounge seating, stools, an ottoman, and dining tables in various sizes, all unified by a shared material language, colour palette, and the distinctive proportions of their aluminium extrusion.

Crafted from powder coated aluminium, this bench is built to withstand outdoor conditions while remaining lightweight and easy to maintain. Aluminium is among the most recycled and recyclable materials available, requiring just 5% of the energy needed to produce new material from ore, and it can be recycled almost indefinitely, making it a responsible choice for outdoor furnishing.

Measuring H450mm x W1225mm x D375mm and weighing 7.7kg, the bench offers a versatile footprint suited to a range of outdoor settings, from a compact residential balcony to a busy restaurant terrace. It can be paired with other pieces from the 19 Outdoors range for a playful mix of designs around a table, or combined as part of a coordinated matching set.

Tested to the BS EN 581 standard for outdoor furniture, this bench is certified for contract use, ensuring it meets the demands of both residential and commercial environments. It is manufactured in China and forms part of a considered, design-led collection built on the principles of material honesty and understated functionality.
