Normann Copenhagen Pix Ceiling/Wall Lamp

The Normann Copenhagen Pix Wall Lamp is an innovative blend of design and sustainability. Crafted by acclaimed designer Simon Legald, this lamp is part of a series known for its simplicity and functionality. Each Pix Lamp is uniquely constructed from low-density polyethylene industrial waste, promoting an environmentally friendly approach by using recycled materials.

This lamp boasts a timeless sphere shape modernized by a pixelated texture that captures light uniquely. The Pix Wall Lamp's design ensures it seamlessly integrates into various interior styles while making a subtle yet impactful environmental statement.

With dimensions of Ø20, Ø30, Ø45, and Ø60 cm, the Pix Lamp series provides versatility in usage from cozy nooks to prominent room features. When turned off, the lampshade appears solid and opaque. However, when illuminated, it transforms into a glowing orb with a distinct granulated look, thanks to the inventive use of melted, granulated plastic — a material that can be reused without degrading in quality. Maintenance is minimal, requiring only a soft dry cloth to keep its stunning surface pristine.

Simon Legald's design philosophy of honesty and simplicity shines through in the Pix Pendant Lamp, making it not merely a light source but a conversation piece that speaks volumes about the potential of sustainable design in modern living.
