Santa & Cole Sísísí Cónicas GT1 Pendant Lamp

Designed by Equipo Santa & Cole in 1993, the Sísísí Cónicas GT1 is the largest conical pendant in the Sísísí family — a range that takes its name from a legendary Barcelona bar of the 1980s, where Santa & Cole co-founder Gabriel Ordeig Cole set warmth and artisanal craft against the cold industrial lighting of the decade. That gesture grew into the Sistema Matricial, a family of lamps united by proportion, texture and handmade character.

The conical shade is handcrafted in stitched parchment, woven ribbon or linen and filters the light into a soft, diffused glow. It hangs from a metallic Sísísí canopy in satin nickel or a textured white or black finish, on a black or white three-metre cable. At Ø 45 cm the GT1 holds a dining table or a hallway on its own, and pairs naturally with the smaller PT1, MT1 and GT3.

The canopy is also available in a two-light version, which carries a second outlet so a further Sísísí pendant can be hung from the same ceiling point. Each two-light option is still a single lamp — the second pendant is bought separately.
