Seletti Love Banana Shaped Mirror

There is no room for solemn reflection when a banana grins back at you from the wall. Love Banana by Seletti is a wall mirror that turns a moment of vanity into a playful wink, offering a lighthearted take on love's heavier weights. With its cheeky irony, this piece invites anyone standing before it to smile, even at the most breathless affairs of the heart.

Crafted in glass, the mirror measures 64 cm in height and 50 cm in width, making it a striking yet manageable addition to entryways, bedrooms, or living spaces where a touch of humor is welcome. Its sculptural, fruit-shaped silhouette stands out as both a functional mirror and a conversation-starting art object.

Love Banana is designed by Giampiero Romanò, a Milanese art-designer whose path was shaped not by academies but by decades of hands-on work restoring antiques and design pieces in his Porta Venezia workshop. This background, paired with his collaboration with Maurizio Cattelan and Pier Paolo Ferrari's Toiletpaper Magazine, has cultivated his signature blend of technical mastery and visionary irony. His wall mirrors, part of the celebrated ANTICHITÀ 3000 collection, reinterpret the past through a fresh, unconventional lens.

Part of a broader collection that includes the Vanity Mirror and Selfie Mirror, Love Banana brings Seletti's signature wit into the world of home décor, proving that even the simplest daily ritual of catching your reflection can be infused with charm and personality.
