Seletti Magna Graecia Caraffa Vase

Step into the evocative world of Magna Graecia, a collection where Seletti reimagines Italy not merely as a country, but as a sea of stories drifting from North to South, East to West. The Caraffa Vase in Blue is a striking expression of this vision, blending ancient form with contemporary artistry to create a piece that feels both timeless and alive.

Crafted in terracotta, this jug-shaped vessel channels the spirit of classical Mediterranean pottery while carrying a distinctly modern soul. Its rich blue finish adds a bold, painterly touch, transforming a traditional silhouette into a striking statement object for any interior. Measuring 25 x 19 x h.28 cm (9.8'' x 7.4'' x h.11.02''), it holds a graceful presence that works equally well as a standalone decorative accent or as part of a curated display.

The design comes from the imagination of Antonio Aricò, an Italian artist and designer celebrated for weaving craft, tradition and industrial design into a singular poetic language. Rather than focusing purely on function, Aricò draws from the romantic, fantastical and archetypal, giving each creation a narrative depth that goes beyond mere decoration.

Part of the wider Magna Graecia collection, this Caraffa Vase pairs beautifully with other terracotta pieces from the series, from sculptural stools to ornamental capitals, allowing you to build a cohesive story throughout your space. A vessel steeped in myth, texture and color — ready to bring a touch of ancient Mediterranean wonder into contemporary living.
