Serax Inku Starter Plate

Measuring 24 x 24 cm with a height of 1,7 cm and weighing 0,69 kg, this starter plate fits comfortably within the starter plate category, ideal for appetizers or smaller courses. As many pieces in the collection are finished by hand, slight irregularities may occur from plate to plate, adding to the unique character of each item — a hallmark of true craftsmanship rather than a flaw.

Practical as well as beautiful, the plate is dishwasher safe, microwave safe, oven safe up to 180°C, and fully food-safe, making it a reliable choice for everyday use as well as special occasions. Please note it is not salamander proof.

Created by top chef and designer Sergio Herman, the Inku collection was born from his desire to merge culinary artistry with table decoration.
