Serax Perfect Imperfection Peking Egg Cup

Designed by Roos van de Velde, the Serax Perfect Imperfection Peking Egg Cup brings quiet artistry to the everyday breakfast table. Part of the celebrated Perfect Imperfection tableware collection, this piece embodies a design philosophy that embraces irregularity as a form of beauty, transforming a simple, familiar object into something distinctly unique.

Crafted from white porcelain, each egg cup showcases a refined, organic silhouette that reflects the handcrafted character at the heart of the collection. No two pieces are ever entirely alike, as subtle variations in shape and surface are intentionally preserved rather than smoothed away, giving every item its own individual identity.

The egg cup is finished with a transparent glaze, which enhances the natural tone of the porcelain while allowing its gentle imperfections to remain visible. This finish lends the piece a soft, tactile quality and a timeless, understated elegance that pairs beautifully with both minimalist and eclectic table settings.

A wonderful addition to the wider Perfect Imperfection range, this egg cup can be effortlessly combined with other pieces from the collection to create a cohesive, artisanal tablescape. Its versatile white finish makes it equally at home in a modern kitchen or a more classic dining setting.

Thoughtfully designed and beautifully understated, the Serax Perfect Imperfection Peking Egg Cup is a graceful expression of everyday craftsmanship, perfect for those who appreciate design with soul and character.
