Serax Perfect Imperfection Salad Bowl Shanti

Discover the Salad Bowl Shanti in white, part of the Perfect Imperfection collection by Serax. Designed by Roos van de Velde, this piece embraces a bold idea in porcelain making: allowing imperfection, defectiveness and coincidence to shape the final result. The outcome is a dinnerware range that balances precision and chance, where every bowl carries its own distinct character while still belonging to a harmonious, cohesive set.

Crafted from fine bone china with a glazed finish, the Shanti salad bowl measures 21.5 cm in length, 19.5 cm in width and 9 cm in height, with a weight of 0.54 kg. Its subtle irregularities are not flaws but a deliberate design choice, celebrating the handmade finishing that makes each piece unique. As many items in this collection are finished by hand, slight variations may occur, adding to their authenticity and charm.

Practical as it is beautiful, this bowl is food-safe, dishwasher resistant and microwave resistant, though not suitable for oven or salamander use. It fits effortlessly into everyday dining while elevating the table with quiet, sculptural elegance.

Please note that this item has a minimum order quantity of 4 pieces. Bring the philosophy of perfect imperfection to your table with a piece that tells its own story—one bowl at a time, together forming a stunning, characterful collection.
