The shape of the Surface cutlery collection is rooted in the classic French restaurant cutlery Sergio Herman has worked with for over 25 years, first at 'Oud Sluis' and later chosen again for 'Pure C' and 'The Jane'. Rather than reinventing a near-perfect form, Herman refined it, giving the collection a stone-washed finish that lends a contemporary character while remaining wonderfully suited to everyday use.

It measures 31,6 cm in length, 5,4 cm in width and 1,7 cm in height, with a weight of 0,44 kg, and is crafted from stainless steel.
