Serax Valerie Side Table

The Valerie Side Table by Marie Michielssen for Serax brings a sculptural, understated elegance to any outdoor or indoor setting. Defined by its elliptical silhouette, the table is crafted from lacquered steel with a hand-brushed finish, giving each piece a subtle tactility and a refined, contemporary presence. Designed to pair seamlessly with the Valerie lounge chair, it forms part of a considered outdoor furniture collection that carries the same ease from garden and terrace into the home.

Available in blue and black, the Valerie Side Table allows for a versatile styling approach, whether used as a striking accent piece or a grounding element within a broader furniture arrangement. Its compact, elliptical form makes it equally suited to smaller balconies or spacious lounge settings, offering a practical surface for drinks, books or decorative accessories.

Built for durability, the table is made entirely from powder-coated steel, ensuring resistance to the elements while maintaining its refined finish over time. It measures 56 cm in length, 43.5 cm in width and 37 cm in height, and weighs 12 kg. As with many Serax pieces finished by hand, slight irregularities may occur, adding to the individual character of each table rather than detracting from its quality.

Part of Marie Michielssen's ongoing collaboration with Serax, the Valerie Side Table reflects her signature approach: drawing inspiration from everyday life and translating it into designs that feel both familiar and quietly original. A considered addition for those seeking functional furniture with lasting design integrity.
