Tunto Curve - 1160 mm - Black / Black Pendant

Discover the Tunto Curve Pendant Lamp in Black, a 1160 mm suspension light that brings together sculptural simplicity and refined optical engineering. Designed by Mikko Kärkkäinen and crafted in Finland, this piece is made from solid wood with a black stained finish, featuring a gracefully rounded top that softens the linear silhouette while housing microprism, honeycomb or lens optics for low-glare, comfortable illumination.

The Curve is fitted with an integrated LED light source delivering a choice of 2700 K, 3000 K or 4000 K colour temperature, paired with a color rendering index of Ra = 93 for crisp, natural light quality. Thanks to its lens optics, the fixture achieves an excellent glare rating, making it well suited for spaces where visual comfort is essential, from dining areas to lounges and workspaces.

Control is effortless with the optional Casambi (Bluetooth) system, requiring only a 2-wire connection at the ceiling outlet. Dimming is continuous and can be managed via smartphone, tablet, or the optional Tunto EnOcean wireless switch, offering flexible, cable-free operation without compromising on design.

With a suspension height of 2 meters and a 3-meter power cable—both of which can be shortened during installation—the Curve adapts easily to a variety of ceiling heights and interior layouts. The canopy and connection are integrated in the same position for a clean, minimal mounting solution.

Built for indoor use with a rated LED lifespan of 50,000 hours, the Tunto Curve Pendant Lamp combines Nordic craftsmanship with contemporary lighting technology, resulting in a fixture that is both a functional light source and a striking design statement.

Available options
Colour temperature: 2700 K, 3000 K or 4000 K · Optic: microprism, honeycomb or lenses · Control: DALI – Push Dim or Casambi (Bluetooth).

Which optic should I choose?
Microprism — diffuses the light for the softest, lowest-glare result; the usual choice above desks and workstations.
Honeycomb — shields the LED so the fitting reads dark from normal viewing angles, with tighter beam control; suits open-plan offices and hospitality.
Lenses — the most directional option, giving crisp, focused light; ideal over dining tables and kitchen islands.
