Tunto Curve - 1160 mm - Walnut / Black Pendant

The Tunto Curve Pendant Lamp brings together soft, sculptural form and refined optical engineering. Designed by Mikko Kärkkäinen and crafted in Finland, this 1160 mm version features a gracefully rounded silhouette in walnut with a black finish, made from solid wood that showcases the natural beauty and character of the material. As an organic product, slight variations in grain and tone are to be expected, adding to its individual charm over time.

Equipped with integrated lens optics, the Curve delivers direct, low-glare illumination suited for spaces where visual comfort is essential. The LED light source offers a warm 2700 K, 3000 K or 4000 K color temperature with excellent color rendering, ensuring interiors are lit with clarity and precision. With an LED lifespan of 50,000 hours, this pendant is built for long-term performance.

Control is made effortless through the optional Casambi (Bluetooth) system, allowing continuous dimming via smartphone, tablet, or the optional Tunto EnOcean wireless switch—no external wiring hub required beyond the standard 2-wire connection. The suspension height is adjustable up to 2 meters, with a 3-meter power cable that can be shortened to suit the installation.

Designed for indoor use, the Curve Pendant carries an IP20 protection rating and Class II safety certification, with installation intended for qualified professionals. Its minimalist canopy, measuring 220 x 110 mm, integrates seamlessly with the wood structure, creating a cohesive, understated presence overhead. A refined choice for those seeking both craftsmanship and technical sophistication in a single fixture.

Available options
Colour temperature: 2700 K, 3000 K or 4000 K · Optic: microprism, honeycomb or lenses · Control: DALI – Push Dim or Casambi (Bluetooth).

Which optic should I choose?
Microprism — diffuses the light for the softest, lowest-glare result; the usual choice above desks and workstations.
Honeycomb — shields the LED so the fitting reads dark from normal viewing angles, with tighter beam control; suits open-plan offices and hospitality.
Lenses — the most directional option, giving crisp, focused light; ideal over dining tables and kitchen islands.
