Tunto Curve - 1440 mm - Walnut / Black Pendant

The Tunto Curve Pendant brings a sculptural sense of calm to any interior, pairing a gracefully rounded silhouette with precision-engineered lighting. Designed by Mikko Kärkkäinen and crafted in Finland, this 1440 mm version is finished in warm walnut paired with black, showcasing the natural beauty of solid wood. As an organic material, the wood may show subtle variations in grain and tone, and its hue can evolve gracefully over time.

Engineered with advanced optics, the Curve Pendant delivers low-glare, direct illumination in a fixed light direction, ensuring comfortable and harmonious light distribution. This model features a lens optic and a 2700 K, 3000 K or 4000 K color temperature, offering crisp, clear light suited to both residential and contemporary commercial spaces. With a color rendering index of Ra = 93, colors appear true and vibrant beneath its glow.

Control is effortless thanks to the integrated optional Casambi (Bluetooth) system, enabling continuous dimming via smartphone, tablet, or the Tunto EnOcean wireless switch, without the need for additional control wiring. The pendant requires only an active and neutral wire at the ceiling outlet, simplifying installation while maintaining full dimming flexibility.

Measuring 1440 mm in length with a canopy height of 35 mm, width of 220 mm, and depth of 110 mm, the fixture is suspended via a 2-meter cord and includes a 3-meter power cable, both of which can be shortened to suit your space. Built with an LED lifespan of 50,000 hours, the Curve Pendant is intended for indoor use only and should be installed by qualified personnel.

Available options
Colour temperature: 2700 K, 3000 K or 4000 K · Optic: microprism, honeycomb or lenses · Control: DALI – Push Dim or Casambi (Bluetooth).

Which optic should I choose?
Microprism — diffuses the light for the softest, lowest-glare result; the usual choice above desks and workstations.
Honeycomb — shields the LED so the fitting reads dark from normal viewing angles, with tighter beam control; suits open-plan offices and hospitality.
Lenses — the most directional option, giving crisp, focused light; ideal over dining tables and kitchen islands.
