Tunto Curve - 1720 mm - Black / Gold Pendant

The Tunto Curve Pendant Lamp brings together soft, sculptural form and precision engineering in a striking 1720 mm design. Crafted in Finland by designer Mikko Kärkkäinen, this linear pendant reimagines the classic silhouette with a gracefully rounded top, delivering a warm, sculptural presence above any table or living space. This version is finished in black stained wood with a 24K gold-plated accent, offering a refined contrast between matte depth and luxurious metallic detail.

At the heart of the Curve lies microprism, honeycomb or lens optics engineered for low-glare comfort, ensuring balanced, even light distribution with a color temperature of 2700 K, 3000 K or 4000 K and excellent color rendering (Ra = 93). The LED light source promises an impressive lifespan of 50,000 hours, combining longevity with consistent visual quality.

Designed for effortless control, this pendant is equipped with a optional Casambi (Bluetooth) system, allowing seamless, continuous dimming via smartphone, tablet, or the Tunto EnOcean wireless switch — no wall wiring required beyond a standard 2-wire connection. The suspension height is adjustable up to 2 meters, with a 3-meter power cable that can be shortened to suit your space.

Built from solid wood with meticulous Finnish craftsmanship, the Curve celebrates the natural beauty of its material — every grain and hue uniquely its own, evolving gracefully over time. A refined choice for those who value understated elegance paired with technical excellence, the Curve Pendant Lamp is a versatile statement piece for dining areas, kitchen islands, or lounge settings.

Available options
Colour temperature: 2700 K, 3000 K or 4000 K · Optic: microprism, honeycomb or lenses · Control: DALI – Push Dim or Casambi (Bluetooth).

Which optic should I choose?
Microprism — diffuses the light for the softest, lowest-glare result; the usual choice above desks and workstations.
Honeycomb — shields the LED so the fitting reads dark from normal viewing angles, with tighter beam control; suits open-plan offices and hospitality.
Lenses — the most directional option, giving crisp, focused light; ideal over dining tables and kitchen islands.
