Tunto Curve - 880 mm - Oak / Black Pendant

The Tunto Curve Pendant Lamp brings together soft, flowing contours and precise, low-glare illumination in a single striking silhouette. Designed by Mikko Kärkkäinen and crafted in Finland, this 880 mm version pairs a solid oak body with a black finish, resulting in a warm yet refined presence that suits both residential and contemplative commercial spaces. Its gracefully rounded top softens the linear form, while integrated optics with lenses ensure comfortable, glare-free light distribution.

This model is fitted with a 2700 K, 3000 K or 4000 K LED light source, delivering crisp, natural illumination with excellent color rendering. The LED offers an impressive lifespan of 50,000 hours, ensuring long-term performance with minimal maintenance. Light output is fixed and directed downward, making the Curve ideal for accentuating dining tables, kitchen islands, or work surfaces with focused clarity.

Control is handled via optional Casambi (Bluetooth) technology, requiring only a 2-wire connection at the ceiling outlet. This allows for continuous, seamless dimming through a smartphone, tablet, or the Tunto EnOcean wireless switch, offering flexible, wire-free operation without compromising on design integrity.

Constructed from solid wood measuring 40 x 60 mm with rounded edges, the Curve features a slim canopy just 35 mm high, maintaining a clean, unobtrusive ceiling connection. Suspension height is adjustable up to 2 meters, and the 3-meter power cable can be shortened to suit your space. Rated IP20 for indoor use, this fixture is a refined statement piece for those who value both craftsmanship and considered illumination.

Available options
Colour temperature: 2700 K, 3000 K or 4000 K · Optic: microprism, honeycomb or lenses · Control: DALI – Push Dim or Casambi (Bluetooth).

Which optic should I choose?
Microprism — diffuses the light for the softest, lowest-glare result; the usual choice above desks and workstations.
Honeycomb — shields the LED so the fitting reads dark from normal viewing angles, with tighter beam control; suits open-plan offices and hospitality.
Lenses — the most directional option, giving crisp, focused light; ideal over dining tables and kitchen islands.
