Tunto Curve - 880 mm - Walnut / Black Pendant

The Tunto Curve pendant lamp brings a sculptural softness to linear lighting design. Crafted in Finland from solid wood, this 880 mm version pairs a rich walnut finish with a black canopy, resulting in a warm yet refined presence above any dining table, kitchen island, or living space. Designed by Mikko Kärkkäinen, the Curve reinterprets the classic linear pendant with a gracefully rounded top, softening its silhouette while maintaining a strong architectural character.

Beyond its visual appeal, the Curve is engineered for precision lighting. It features advanced lens optics that ensure low-glare, comfortable illumination suited for both residential and contemplative work environments. The lamp emits a 2700 K, 3000 K or 4000 K light color, delivering a clean, neutral white tone with excellent color rendering for true-to-life clarity. Its LED light source promises an impressive lifespan of 50,000 hours, combining longevity with energy efficiency.

This model is equipped with optional Casambi (Bluetooth) control, allowing seamless, continuous dimming via smartphone, tablet, or the Tunto EnOcean wireless switch—no complex wiring required beyond the standard two-wire connection. The suspension height is adjustable up to 2 meters, and the cable can be shortened to suit your space, while the canopy and connection remain neatly aligned.

As with all Tunto wood products, the Curve's natural material means slight variations in grain and tone, giving each piece its own individual character that will gently mature over time. Intended for indoor use, it is rated IP20 and Class II for safety, and should be installed by a qualified professional.

Available options
Colour temperature: 2700 K, 3000 K or 4000 K · Optic: microprism, honeycomb or lenses · Control: DALI – Push Dim or Casambi (Bluetooth).

Which optic should I choose?
Microprism — diffuses the light for the softest, lowest-glare result; the usual choice above desks and workstations.
Honeycomb — shields the LED so the fitting reads dark from normal viewing angles, with tighter beam control; suits open-plan offices and hospitality.
Lenses — the most directional option, giving crisp, focused light; ideal over dining tables and kitchen islands.
